Yellow Cornmeal
Corn is an essential ingredient across the country and the continent. Amongst Mount Hope Wholesale’s many corn products is this yellow cornmeal. Meal is a ground, dried corn with a coarsness between flour and polenta. This is a great additive to thicken soups or sauces, and a fantastic base ingredient for biscuits, rolls, pancakes or waffles. In the US, its also hugely popular as a primary part of batters fried foods
Corn is mostly carbohydrate, with only about 10% of calories coming from each fat and protein. It is a good source of Vitamins A, B, and E and many minerals, and its high in fiber.
