Rice Beans

Rice Beans are related to the Kidney Bean. This bean is shaped like a large grain of rice, is 1/4 inch long, and ivory white in color. It is very uniform in size and color and has a very interesting appearance. The Rice Bean has a mild flavor and firm texture. The Rice Bean is grown in Idaho.
