Forest Blend

Porcini, Oyster, Bolete, Wood Ear, Shiitake

Forest Blend is an earthy, yet savory combination of Shiitake, Porcini, Oyster, Bolete, Wood Ear and Sliced Shiitake. Dried mushrooms are very economical. A smaller amount of dried are needed in recipes since the flavor is much more concentrated than fresh varieties. They can be stored for long periods of time without spoiling.

Suggested Use:
Forest Blend is formulated to compliment light meats and fish. Use it in sauces, soups, chowders, rice dishes and casseroles. A flavorful addition to chicken or pork Oriental recipes and stir fry.
