Q: Where are you located? A: 853 South Main Street, Cottonwood, AZ 86326. Stop by and say hello!
Q: How are bulk products packaged? A: Our 1, 2 and 5 pound bags are heat sealed for freshness. Cases are usually 1 large bag within a box. We have clear spice containers with lids that we can send you with your first spice order if requested. We ask you to reuse these containers as it is better for the environment and helps us keep our spices prices low!
Q: What is your minimum order? A: We have a $50 minimum order when to a commercial address. If to a residence, there is a $125 minimum.
Q: Are there any allergen considerations for your products? A: We package our products in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, and milk products.
Q: Are your products Organic? A: Our organic products are labeled as such on the web site.
Q: Why did my order arrive in a package with a different brand name? A: Whenever possible we try to reuse boxes to keep costs down and lower our impact on this beautiful planet.

Q: How should I store my stuff? What is the shelf life? A: Nuts should be stored in a cool, dry environment. Raw nuts can last several months. Roasted nuts have a shorter shelf life (a little more than 1 month). Dried fruit should be stored in a cool environment (refrigerator) and can last several months.
