Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will either replace, exchange, or refund the product. We ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery to begin the process.
The cost for optional expedited shipping is non-refundable. Refunds, when chosen, will be processed within 1 business day of product being returned to us unless otherwise specified. Once we initiate that refund, your bank may take up to 48 hours to post the credit to your account.
