Where are you located?

853 South Main Street, Cottonwood, AZ 86326. Our warehouse is not open to the public.

How are bulk products packaged?

Our 1, 2 and 5 pound bags are heat sealed in BPA free bags for freshness. Cases are usually 1 large bag within a box.

Are there any allergen considerations for your products?

We package our products in the same facility as milk, eggs, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, shellfish and soy.

Are your products Organic?

Our organic products are labeled as such on the web site.

Why did my order arrive in a package with a different brand name?

Whenever possible we try to reuse boxes to keep costs down and lower our impact on this beautiful planet.

Can I order after business hours?

Yes. You can place your order 24 hours a day 7 days a week at www.mounthopewholesale.com. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time or on the weekends will be considered to have been placed the next business day.

How should I store my stuff? What is the shelf life?

Nuts should be stored in a cool, dry environment. Raw nuts can last several months. Roasted nuts have a shorter shelf life (a little more than 1 month). Dried fruit should be stored in a cool environment (refrigerator) and can last several months.

As we discontinue products that are no longer being manufactured or aren’t selling well, we’ll identify them on our Discontinued Items page.
