Roasted Salted Pistachios

Roasted and salted pistachios are perhaps more snackable than our raw or roasted varieties. However, they are still a very nutritious nut. Pistachios are high in fiber and protein, and a single serving gives you your whole day’s worth of vitamin B6. As a rule, pistachios also have fewer calories and less fat relative to other tree nuts. These nuts are roasted in oil though, so some fat is being added.

These would be a great topper for savory dishes or salads, and would be awesome in a dry rub headed for the grill. If you’re thinking sweets, try our plain roasted variety on top of ice cream, or our raw pistachios mixed in. See below for links to those two.

These are shelled just like the vast majority of our nuts. However, we do offer pistachios in a split shell roasted and salted variety. If you’re going to put some out as snack on the bar or at a party, those may be a good option for you.
