Our wholesale dried fruit selection is extensive. We carry the staple bulk dried fruit like raisins, apricots, and dates, but we also sell specialty dried fruit like dried blueberries, goji berries, gooseberries, kiwis, mulberries, and pure pineapple pieces. These items create allure on your menu and add delicious interest to your dishes.

Some of our products are labeled ‘sulphured’. Lighter or more vibrantly colored fruits (like apricots, apples, mangoes or peaches) naturally brown as they dry out and oxidize. The flavor isn’t effected by this natural process if its stopped soon enough, but the visual appearance might be less desirable, depending on how you’ll use them. So some of these items may be offered with sulfur dioxide as an added ingredient. This compound preserves the color without altering the flavor profile of the original fruit.
